Jesus leads us out of worldliness, through the red sea of his blood, through the wilderness of life and to the kingdom of heaven.

Moses led them to the river jordan and could see the promised land but passed away without crossing over.

Jesus led us to kingdom of heaven and he laid down his life so we could enter.

The old generation passed away in the wilderness and were not allowed into the promised land but the new generation passed over.

Our old nature cannot enter the kingdom of heaven we must put away the old man and let the new man come forth to enter the kingdom.
